HCM Technical Expert

We are seeking an expert in compensation and equity for Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL / SDL.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Implementing Oracle HCM technology along with functional coverage involves integrations, data conversion, reports, fast formulas, and OIC.
• Developing and maintaining HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports requires hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM tools.

Responsibilities also include working with Mulesoft, which is highly desirable but not mandatory.

This is a one-year contract position allowing for remote work flexibility.
