Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement, support, and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in at least two or more of the following areas : Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Technical, Career Development, Core HR Techno-Functional.

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues in Oracle HCM modules.
• Train HR users and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle HCM functionalities.
