Senior User Experience Designer

Responsibilities :

• Understanding business and user needs : Conducting and executing research processes, usability audits & testing.
• Defining requirements : Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define product requirements that meet the needs of diverse user groups.
• Idea generation and concept development : Facilitate and participate in brainstorming sessions and employ creative techniques to generate a diverse range of innovative ideas and concepts, addressing user needs and market opportunities.
• Visualize and communicate ideas : Wireframe, and prototype features and products that address user-centered needs and behaviors. Effectively communicate your design and its impact to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• Advocating for the user : Be the voice of the user in the design process, ensuring that our final products are effective, useful, usable, and desirable for our users.
• Provide design guidance and feedback to your team members, ensuring the quality and alignment of design deliverables.
• Drive the development of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency and enhances the overall user experience.
• Drive the UX design process , from conceptualization to final implementation, for our products and solutions.
