Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical ‘Performance Marketing and Growth Manager’ to lead our
digital acquisition efforts and accelerate user growth across channels. This role combines strategic
thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on paid media, conversion optimisation, and data-driven
experimentation to scale our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute multichannel performance marketing strategies to drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth
Own Budgeting, execution, and optimisation across paid search, social, display, and affiliatechannels
Analyse performance, identify drop-off points, and implement CRO tactics to improveconversion rates
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to run growth experimentsStay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging growth tacticsRequirements :
2-3 years of experience in scaling a brand on META & GooglePerformance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition roleAnalyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategicdecisions and improve sales performance.
Strong grasp of metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentationProficient in marketplace selling platforms.Exceptional communication and customer service skills.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-makingAnalyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisionsand improve sales performance.
Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on themarketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
