Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance. Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical ‘Performance Marketing and Growth Manager’ to lead our
digital acquisition efforts and accelerate user growth across channels. This role combines strategic
thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on paid media, conversion optimisation, and data-driven
experimentation to scale our business.
