Cluster Manager - Banca Channel
at Life Insurance leads a sales team to drive life insurance business exclusively through a cluster of designated bank branches. It's a key leadership role combining sales strategy, team management, and critical partnership management.
Responsibilities : : -
Team Leadership :
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of
Relationship Managers / Sales Managers
to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure high team productivity and low attrition.
Business Growth : Develop and execute
sales strategies
for the assigned bank cluster. Monitor performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met across all product lines (protection, savings, etc.).
Partner Management : Build and maintain
strong relationships
with bank Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, and staff. Ensure smooth coordination, facilitate joint calls, and resolve operational issues to leverage the bank's customer base effectively.
Compliance & Training :
Ensure the sales process strictly adheres to
regulatory guidelines and company compliance standards . Conduct regular product training and upskilling for both the insurance team and bank employees.
Candidate Profile : : -
Typically
4-8 years
of experience in Life Insurance, with a mandatory minimum of
2-3 years in team handling
within the
Bancassurance channel .
Experience should primarily be from the
Life Insurance
industry, preferably in Bancassurance or other similar alternate / direct channels / Agency Channel
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Stable career history
and a proven track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets
in a team-handling role.
