About the Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect ServiceNow to provide architectural leadership and technical direction across large-scale enterprise implementations.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CSM, and CMDB with a proven ability to design scalable, robust, and secure platform solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and developers to define technical strategy, establish governance frameworks, and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
- Define platform strategy, integration patterns, and governance models to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership for ServiceNow expansion and customization.
- Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture documents (TADs).
- Supervise configuration, scripting, and integration development activities.
- Guide development teams through coding standards, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
- Define and manage CMDB design, CI relationships, and service mapping.
- Establish frameworks for change control, versioning, and deployment using DevOps best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews, audits, and health checks to ensure platform performance and stability.
- Mentor architects, leads, and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :
12+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.Proven expertise across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CSM, and CMDB modules.Solid understanding of the ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.Hands-on experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server frameworks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels.Proven leadership in defining technical roadmaps and managing platform governance.Preferred Skills :
ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CAD, or CIS (ITSM / ITOM / CSM).Experience in Performance Analytics, Scoped Applications, or Custom App Development.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure integration (AWS / Azure) and security frameworks.Exposure to ServiceNow DevOps, Test Management, and Continuous Delivery(ref : hirist.tech)
