Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including equity analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies. Track investor feedback and perceptions, and relay insights to executive leadership. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to interpret and communicate financial results and forecasts. Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategy. Analyze analyst reports and summarize insights for senior leadership. Ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and internal policies. Maintain and update the Investor Relations section of the company website. Oversee the preparation of shareholder documents for quarterly and annual reporting Provide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations. Educational Qualifications : MBA / PGDM in Any Specialization, CA in Any Specialization Relevant Experience; 8–15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or investment banking. Job Purpose :
To manage communication b / w the company and its investors ensuring transparency and maintain investors' confidence in the company's financial performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, earnings calls, and conferences.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, press releases, and earnings reports.
- Provide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations.
