Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a strong partnership. Lead the end-to-end brand management process, from brief to execution, across digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to deliver innovative and effective brand solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients business, market, and competitors to provide proactive brand recommendations. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution. Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign performance reports to clients. Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, aligning with the clients vision and objectives. Identify new opportunities for business growth and client Mandatory : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency (brand management / client servicing role). Strong understanding of brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and media integration. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and project management abilities. Ability to think both strategically and creatively. Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
