With a rapidly expanding retail and e-commerce footprint, we are building a strong, tech-enabled operations foundation—and we're looking for a capable Warehouse Manager to lead the charge at our Wagholi facility in Pune.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order fulfillment across retail and e-commerce, maintaining strict compliance and hygiene standards, and driving efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations : receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for both retail stores and online platforms (D2C + marketplaces).
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tech tools to manage workflows and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including labor laws, fire safety, and internal audits.
• Implement and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, pest control, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular compliance and hygiene audits with proper documentation and SOP enforcement.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – retail, e-commerce, procurement, and logistics – for smooth coordination.
• Track and report on operational KPIs such as stock accuracy, order dispatch timelines, and loss prevention.
