Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US healthcare market.
Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospects.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly.
Meet daily / weekly call and lead targets.
Follow up on warm leads and ensure strong client communication.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (US process preferred).
Strong spoken English with a neutral or US accent.
Familiarity with healthcare / medical billing domain is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a medical billing or healthcare BPO environment.
Experience working with US-based clients or leads.
