Job Description :

Senior managers with advanced statistical programming skills lead end-to-end clinical reporting projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 11-15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in SAS programming and R. They will guide package development, shiny app development at enterprise grade, design and manage shiny dashboards, internal tools, and reusable functions / packages.

Key responsibilities include overseeing SAS-to-R migration , translating legacy code with accurate validation, defining and maintaining standardized R programming frameworks , and automating and optimizing existing processes and applications.

The role requires ensuring quality control, test coverage, and adherence to project specifications. The manager will also guide Agile execution, client communications, and technical direction.

Additional duties involve supporting model lifecycle activities, including deployment, version control, and monitoring. Ensuring regulatory compliance and proper documentation across deliverables is also crucial.

The successful candidate will mentor, guide, and drive team members for growth and development, as well as support and supervise programming teams towards resolving study / program-related issues.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate works collaboratively across functions and prioritizes tasks effectively. Proficiency in using SAS EG / Studio and familiarity with Unix environment and programming are essential.
