Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager with strong exposure to IT and Product hiring . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring for product-based technology roles - including software engineers, product managers, and related tech functions.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across international time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Product and Technology roles across multiple locations.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities .
Screen candidates for technical competencies, particularly in areas like Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, DevOps, Cloud (AWS / Azure), and Data Engineering .
Prior experience in hiring for these technology stacks is essential to effectively evaluate candidate fit and fulfill hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche technical roles.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.
Work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and stakeholder management, with a focus on IT and Product hiring .
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern technology stack .
Familiarity with terms such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira , and other developer collaboration tools.
Hands-on experience in technical sourcing and screening using Boolean searches and code evaluation platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience working with US or global time zones is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Exposure to start-up or product company environments preferred.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
