About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Executive (or HR Coordinator) to lead our employee growth initiatives. This role focuses on training coordination, learning program execution, and development planning — to ensure every employee has opportunities to grow and upskill.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and leadership.
- Plan and coordinate internal / external training programs and workshops.
- Maintain learning calendars, attendance, and feedback records.
- Create and manage onboarding and soft-skill training modules.
- Track and report on training effectiveness and participation.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Coordination.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LMS tools (if any).A people-first mindset with passion for continuous learning and growth.
