Human Resources Intern

Job descriptionStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite. Organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening : Find and screen candidates from job Sites, social media, and professional networks to create a pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Interview Scheduling : Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide support for virtual recruitment events.
- Administrative support : Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), update databases, and provide general administrative help to the TA team.
- Candidates - Screen, shortlist & interviews candidates
- Onboarding : Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
