Senior Operations Role - (E Commerce Domain) (Urgent)

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end e-commerce processes including seller / merchant acquisition, account management, business development, and operations excellence. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can drive scalable growth across B2B and B2C e-commerce ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities

Business & Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple categories and clients including marketplaces, payment wallets, delivery aggregators, online transport networks, and digital platforms.
• Drive merchant and seller acquisition strategies and ensure strong seller / customer account management.
• Monitor seller performance, product / category assortment, and marketplace efficiency to ensure consistent business growth.
• Ensure smooth coordination across cross-functional teams.
