Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Create and manage complex marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
- Write and optimize AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL queries for dynamic content and data manipulation.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and external systems via APIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to data and deliverability.
- Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Document development processes, best practices, and system configurations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and data extensions.Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs and integrations.Strong understanding of marketing automation and digital marketing concepts.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Connect.Knowledge of email marketing standards and deliverability best practices.Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Desirable Skills :
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.Experience with other Salesforce Marketing products (Pardot, Sales Cloud).Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.Understanding of data privacy laws and marketing compliance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Skills Required
