Role Overview : Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Specialist

Job Title : Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Specialist

Location : Mumbai / Hybrid

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives and optimize the use of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketing Cloud Administration & Implementation :
  • Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, etc.).
  • Develop and execute personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Create, test, and deploy customer journeys aligned with business objectives.
  • Salesforce CRM Management :
  • Manage and administer Salesforce CRM instance; perform setup, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM for seamless data flow and automation.
  • Maintain data integrity and quality within Salesforce.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution :
  • Design and implement targeted marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud features.
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications based on customer data.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPI metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise :
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to monitor marketing and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure platform efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Troubleshooting & Support :
  • Provide ongoing technical support for Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, integrations, and platform configurations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Experience with data integration tools and APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
