Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to drive new account acquisition and manage key relationships. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding clinics and modern trade accounts for our D2C range.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clinics, modern trade accounts.
- Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Report market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to management.
Requirements
5–6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.Location : New Delhi (with travel as required)
