Compensation : 100% performance-based (pure commission)

Role :

We are looking for a self-motivated Freelance BDM to bring new clients and drive revenue. This is a pure commission role .

Responsibilities :

Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT, tech, healthcare, and related industries

Pitch our services and schedule discussions

Build and maintain client relationships

Track leads and progress in a simple shared tracker

Requirements :

Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment

Strong network or ability to generate leads independently

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and comfortable with pure commission
