Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. We are looking for a driven

International Business Development Manager

with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CPL affiliate marketing. This position involves identifying and onboarding high-quality affiliates, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver maximum ROI for advertisers.

Qualifications

1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development within the CPL affiliate marketing space, preferably for international markets

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and CPL campaign dynamics

Strong Account Management skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
