About the Role :
The Sr Closer Financial Advisory Services will be responsible for coordinating and executing syndicated loan trade settlements in both primary and secondary markets. The role requires close interaction with counterparties, administrative agents, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of complex financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, syndicated debt markets, and financial instruments, along with a high degree of accuracy, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.
Key Settlement & Operations
- Coordinate the end-to-end settlement of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades, including par, distressed, and new issue transactions.
- Liaise with counterparties, administrative agents, and clients to schedule and close trades efficiently.
- Process various loan-related activities such as drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers, conversions, amendments, corporate actions, and repricing events.
- Draft and review loan trade documentation including trade confirmations, transfer documents, and funding memos, especially for non-electronic settlements.
- Manage and verify Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) before closing a trade.
- Handle audit confirmation requests and ensure adherence to all client standards and internal protocols.

Work Conditions :
Work Schedule : 9-hour shift between 5 : 30 PM and 3 : 30 AM (Monday to Friday).
Work Mode : On-site (Work from office mandatory).
Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Holiday Calendar : May align with UnitedLex India, client location, or a hybrid schedule as per operational needs.
Travel : Candidates with a valid passport preferred. Occasional domestic or international travel (a few days to up to 3 months) may be required.
