Job Overview :

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or issues from passengers.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
• Coordinate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure timely and efficient departure of flights.
• Handle and process baggage, cargo, and other items in accordance with safety regulations
• Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections of the aircraft
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from the aircraft
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
