tensorfox is a fast-moving, high-performance trading firm building teams across engineering, trading, and infrastructure. We're hiring a Talent & People Partner to lead our end-to-end hiring efforts - from sourcing sharp graduates to engaging experienced trading engineers - while also helping us build a thoughtful and well-run internal people culture.
This is not a passive HR role. It's an active, high-trust position focused on identifying great people, building strong pipelines, and making sure the right hires land well and stay engaged. You'll handle both recruitment and people management functions - from the first message to the first six months of the hire.
The Mission
Own the full-cycle recruitment process : outreach, screening, coordination, and closing - for both graduate and experienced roles.Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.Build and maintain outbound pipelines - especially for engineering, quant, and ops roles.Be the first point of contact for new hires and manage onboarding and orientation processes.Take responsibility for people ops basics : records, policies, leave tracking, and internal communication.Build early internal culture rituals : check-ins, feedback, documentation, and clarity.The Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations - ideally at a startup or fast-paced technical environment. HFT experience is a bonusProven ability to hire for a range of roles, from graduates to experienced professionals.Strong written communication - you'll be representing the company in candidate messages and materials.Organized and proactive - able to manage multiple roles and candidates without dropping details.Warm, clear communicator - people trust you, and you handle sensitive conversations well.Bonus : Experience recruiting for trading, quant, or software engineering roles.Bonus : Familiarity with onboarding, early-stage HR tools, or internal people processes.The Compensation
Base Salary : $35,000 - 45,000 USD per year (depending on experience)Bonuses : Discretionary, based on hiring success and team impactThis is a foundational role for someone who wants to make hiring smarter, smoother, and more human - and help build a world-class team from the ground up.
