We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager Demand Generation to lead and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role is a perfect fit for a professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the B2B industrial equipment manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads and supporting revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and SEO. You will own the lead funnel, from generating Marketing Qualified Leads ( MQLs ) through content marketing and paid media to collaborating with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Digital Marketing Execution : Oversee strategies for SEO, SEM, website performance , and paid media. You will manage digital tools like HubSpot / Marketo , Google Analytics , and LinkedIn Campaign Manager , while also collaborating with content creators and designers to develop essential marketing assets.
- AI & Marketing Technology : Leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, targeting, and content personalization. You will apply machine learning insights for lead scoring and behavioral segmentation, staying current with AI trends to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Team & Vendor Management : Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketers. You will also manage external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Analytics & Optimization : Track and analyze campaign performance and the full lead journey. You will conduct A / B testing and use data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
Requirements
Experience : 6-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with a proven track record of running successful lead-generation campaigns in complex B2B buying cycles. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot / Marketo, CRM (Salesforce / Dynamics) , and Google Analytics .Core Competencies : A strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing , and buyer journeys. You must have excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience working with global teams and certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions are a plus. Good experience in MS Office / MS Excel is also preferred.Skills Required
