Lead Generation Specialist (Remote) Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, booking appointments, and nurturing initial relationships with potential clients. This role is pivotal to driving the success of our sales pipeline and creating opportunities for our Account Generation :
- Research and identify potential leads in the assigned territory using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Engage prospects through tailored outreach, including emails, calls, and social Setting :
- Schedule high-quality meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders for the sales team.
- Ensure seamless handover of leads to Account Executives with all relevant details Engagement :
- Understand customer needs and identify how our products / services can address their challenges.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales Management :
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date with accurate and complete information about prospects and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics to refine outreach with Marketing :
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing-qualified leads Metrics :
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked, and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on data and Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure performance.
- Familiarity with the MEDDICC sales framework is a plus.
