The Manager Sales will support the Director and drive the entire sales & Marketing team of Sure lock Plastics with full responsibility. Manager
will be responsible for website, social media, and industries to promote brand Sure lock and increase revenue by selling more products to Key
Accounts. Manager will take care for entire arrangement for trade exhibitions or event held in India.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Key Account Management & Development
- Accountable for entire sales & marketing activities.
- To manage efficiently Key Accounts and generate more business from OEM & Dealer network.
- To motivate and guide entire sales & mktg. team in improving their performances and achieving target.
- To do cross selling basket selling by getting more orders from the Key Accounts through new products selling as well as adding new locations.
- To achieve team objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Keep the track on number of enquiries not resulting into sales and take immediate corrective actions after analyzing the reason.
- To ensure revenue collection in time & providing collection forecast to accounts every week.
- Collect and present monthly, quarterly, yearly sales data to Director, highlight the concern areas with corrective action plan.
- To conduct regular weekly review meeting with the team to improve sales & collections.
- To prepare yearly sales plan.
- Provide inputs to the Director in deciding sales targets after considering market factors affecting the assigned regions.
- To prepare Annual sales target & incentive for respective sales team.
- To work out sales team incentive quarter basis against sales target achieved.
- To identify the reasons for non- achievements of Sales targets if any and work out improvisation plan for team.
