We are looking for
an HR Business Partner to strengthen this growth by leveraging Power of People.
What you´ll do
Strategic
HR Business Partnering & Talent Leadership : Partner with business
leaders to shape growth strategies and co-create people solutions that
drive performance and good governance. Align hiring and talent plans with
business goals, strengthen Henkel’s employer brand in India, and deliver
an exceptional candidate experience.
Leadership
& Talent Development : Identify and develop high-potential and key
talent for critical roles. Drive engagement, career progression, and
retention through focused development, learning, and recognition
initiatives that build leadership capability and organizational strength.
Change
& Transformation : Act as a trusted advisor during organizational
transformation. Partner with global HR to embed agile structures,
efficient processes, and future-ready ways of working.
Culture,
DEI & Employee Experience : Champion a culture rooted in Diversity,
Equity & Inclusion. Lead engagement initiatives that foster belonging,
accountability, and high performance across teams.
People
Governance & Compliance : Ensure consistent application of HR policies
with strong governance, compliance, and risk management. Use data and
feedback to enhance transparency and continuously improve people
practices.
