Head Investor Relations

JD :

• Develop high-impact marketing and training materials, including pitch books, teasers, brochures, and educational resources for distributors, investors, and channel partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and investors, establishing profit-sharing agreements, fee structures, and due diligence processes
• Manage and update the Investor MIS, analyze market trends, and evaluate emerging real estate funds
• while monitoring competitors' business models
• Market funds across onshore and offshore platforms, expanding the investor network, including LPs, co-investors, and HNIs
• Facilitate real estate NCDs, PE deals, financial closures, and investment banking opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare reports for stakeholders

Salary up to

• Rs 40 lakh per annum
• (can be increased slightly)
