Key Responsibilities :

• Own and resolve critical escalations through a structured, timely approach.
• Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and clear communication.
• Identify recurring issues, streamline workflows, and implement corrective actions.
• Track escalations, analyze trends, and use insights to enhance service quality.
• Guide and train team members to follow standard processes and reduce escalation rates.
