Head of Talent Acquisition - Mumbai
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment strategy for a fast-growing Fintech organization. This role will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, build strong employer branding, and ensure we attract top talent across technology, product, operations, and business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership :
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience :
Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.Stakeholder Management :
Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.Operational Excellence & Compliance :
Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.Innovation & Market Insights :
Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.Role Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of progressive HR / Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche rolesWork Schedule : Monday – Friday
Salary : Competitive (Based on experience)
