Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery recovery efforts end-to-end : issue identification, impact assessment, recovery planning, and execution.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
• Re-baseline delivery plans, manage risks / issues, and realign client commitments.
• Drive improvements in Delivery Experience (DEX) and reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Build and maintain executive stakeholder trust via structured governance and transparent communication.
• Lead Steering Committees and executive review forums.
• Track and analyze financial, schedule, and quality metrics (SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin).
• Drive commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec, audits, and quality gates.
• Provide strategic leadership to resolve complex program-level challenges.
• Oversee contract deliverables, financial constructs, and dependencies.
• Mentor teams, develop recovery playbooks, and coach delivery managers.
