Healthcare — Hospital & Clinical Services sector. We are hiring onsite Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to deliver frontline clinical care across primary and inpatient services in Baghpat & Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. This role supports 24 / 7 clinical operations, emergency response, and continuity of patient care at local facilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in OPD, IPD and emergency settings—assess, diagnose, initiate treatment, and stabilise patients consistent with clinical protocols.
- Manage admissions, perform routine rounds, document findings and progress notes, and coordinate timely discharges and referrals to specialists.
- Respond to on-call duty and emergency cases, perform basic procedures, and escalate complex cases to senior clinicians when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in the hospital's documentation system and ensure prescription accuracy and medication safety.
- Implement infection control measures, follow standard operating procedures, and monitor patient vitals and treatment response.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, pharmacy, and diagnostics teams to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MBBS degree with completed internshipValid registration with the State Medical Council / National Medical Commission (NMC)On-site availability to work shifts and on-call duties in Baghpat & Mathura, Uttar PradeshProven ability to manage emergency presentations and routine inpatient careFamiliarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical record entryPreferred
Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Prior experience as an RMO or in a comparable hospital clinical role in IndiaExposure to telemedicine / remote consultation workflows or primary care campsBenefits & Culture Highlights
