We are hiring a Team Lead - International (Voice) with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur.

Role : Team Lead - International (Voice)

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Ambit IT Park, Ambattur

Shifts : Flexible to work Night Shifts

Notice Period : 15 days or Immediate

Key Requirements :

• Graduation is mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proven experience managing teams of 10-15+ members
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics : Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT
• Experience in presenting MBR, QBR, and WBR to senior management
• Must come from a BPO industry background
