Job Summary :

As a Practice Lead specializing in Infrastructure Security and Machine Identity, you will spearhead the strategic growth, delivery, and innovation of security solutions focused on PKI automation, machine identity, and non-human access across hybrid and cloud-native environments. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and product leadership experience, you will guide cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale secure, compliant solutions that meet evolving enterprise security demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Define and execute the practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for infrastructure security, machine identity management, and PKI automation.

• Team Enablement :

Lead and mentor product managers, engineers, and technical leads to deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable products aligned with business goals.

Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product adoption, customer enablement, and revenue growth.

Oversee development and deployment of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions, including Kubernetes-native SSL / TLS lifecycle management and secure integrations with HSM, PAM, Vault, and IAM systems.

Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and technology partners, driving SaaS readiness, onboarding velocity, and integration success.

Champion Agile product development, product-led growth (PLG) methodologies, and SaaS transformation best practices.

Technical Authority :

Maintain hands-on knowledge of relevant security technologies, protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
