Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module and will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting the system to enhance plant maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement plant maintenance processes.
Configure and customize SAP PM module based on business requirements.
Perform system testing and provide user training on SAP PM functionalities.
Analyze maintenance data and generate reports for management review.
Support end-users in resolving issues related to the SAP PM module.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations and user procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding maintenance practices.

Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support.

Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and best practices.

Proficiency in SAP configuration and custom development for PM.

Experience with integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules like MM and SD.

Knowledge of maintenance management principles and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
