Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing the company's social media content across various platforms. Daily tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring social media channels for industry trends, analyzing engagement data, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive strategy. The role also involves engaging with followers to foster community and ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for scheduling and analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand awareness
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
