users, solving everyday problems of car ownership, and bringing delight to the experience. Our
technology-led solutions span parking, FASTag, and access control in malls, corporate parks, and
apartments. Park+ enables users to discover, book, and pay for parking across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Reporting : Report and collaborate with the product development team on key metrics and product performance.
- Data Analysis : Gather and analyze product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends, to drive product decisions.
- Technical Communication : Understand, read, and effectively communicate technical information with cross-functional teams.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Problem-solving : Suggest and implement fixes to complex product issues based on analysis and impact.
- Product Improvement : Identify and recommend enhancements to existing product features.
- Production Support : Provide timely support for resolving production issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting : Hands-on experience in troubleshooting product-related technical issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech mandatory).Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in a similar role; B2C & Motor Insurance experience preferred.Product Insight : Strong ability to analyze industry trends and suggest product improvements.Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Shell / UNIX commands, MySQL / SQL, and Linux OS.Incident Management : Familiarity with incident handling and escalation processes.Tools : Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show more
