Park+ is India's largest community of 20 million+ car owners. We are building a super app for car

users, solving everyday problems of car ownership, and bringing delight to the experience. Our

technology-led solutions span parking, FASTag, and access control in malls, corporate parks, and

apartments. Park+ enables users to discover, book, and pay for parking across India.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaboration & Reporting : Report and collaborate with the product development team on key metrics and product performance.
  • Data Analysis : Gather and analyze product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends, to drive product decisions.
  • Technical Communication : Understand, read, and effectively communicate technical information with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Problem-solving : Suggest and implement fixes to complex product issues based on analysis and impact.
  • Product Improvement : Identify and recommend enhancements to existing product features.
  • Production Support : Provide timely support for resolving production issues.
  • Technical Troubleshooting : Hands-on experience in troubleshooting product-related technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech mandatory).
  • Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in a similar role; B2C & Motor Insurance experience preferred.
  • Product Insight : Strong ability to analyze industry trends and suggest product improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Shell / UNIX commands, MySQL / SQL, and Linux OS.
  • Incident Management : Familiarity with incident handling and escalation processes.
  • Tools : Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
