Key Responsibilities :

• Workplace Culture : Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Organizational Development : Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement : Design programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Performance Management : Oversee performance evaluations and support succession planning.
• HR Compliance : Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Employee Relations : Provide guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• HR Analytics : Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions
• Team Management : Manage a team of HR recruiters and generalists
