Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days office + 3 days remote) for a Digital Wholesale & Transformation Associate based in Chennai.
The role will :
- Manage our presence on JOOR and Faire, support global buyer onboarding, and drive digital wholesale sales.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and templates to professionalize Srivatsa’s digital growth journey.
- Act as a bridge between sales, design, production, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
This position is central to taking our luxury craft to top retailers worldwide while enabling Srivatsa’s next stage of digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
Digital Wholesale
Manage JOOR & Faire storefronts : upload line sheets, catalogs, and product launchesEngage with buyers : handle inquiries, meetings, and sample coordinationTrack and process POs, payments (JOOR Pay, Faire payouts), and commissionsBuild weekly dashboards covering leads, conversions, reorders, and ROICoordinate with design, production, and compliance teams for accurate data and timely updatesGrow marketplace presence and support reporting on performanceTransformation & Systems
Create and maintain SOPs for digital wholesale processes (catalog updates, buyer onboarding, payment tracking)Develop templates (line sheets, reports, dashboards, buyer communication) for standardizationSystematize platform operations to enable scalability in new marketsSupport future ERP / CRM integration projects and maintain data accuracy across systemsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital wholesale, or fashion merchandisingFamiliarity with B2B platforms (JOOR, NuORDER, Faire, etc.) a strong plusStrong analytical and Excel / Sheets skills; ERP / CRM understanding preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as in a teamExperience in retail or the fashion industry is a plusDetail-oriented, process-driven, with the ability to design SOPs and scalable systems
