As we expand our presence in the US market, we are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Manager to lead outreach efforts and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to CPA firms, CFO firms, and business owners in the USA to pitch Ambit’s outsourced accounting and staffing solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and demos for senior leadership
• Understand client needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored service offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations
• Track sales metrics, update CRM regularly, and prepare weekly reports
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in the BPO and accounting outsourcing space
