AWS Connect Engineer

Blue Spire is looking for talented AWS Connect Engineers and API Developers to join our growing technology team for our BFSI client's Enterprise AWS Connect migration projects. The candidate will work on next-gen cloud contact center solutions by being a part of solution architecture discussions, leadership, and full-stack development. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in AWS Connect migrations (Cisco to AWS), API development and knowledge on modern front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead / assist in AWS Connect migrations , from Cisco to AWS .
• Design, implement, and manage AWS Connect solutions integrated with AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
• Provide end-to-end solution ownership including configuration, call flows, and IVR logic.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable cloud contact center solutions .
• Support ongoing management, monitoring, and optimization of AWS Connect environments.
