Blue Spire is looking for talented AWS Connect Engineers and API Developers to join our growing technology team for our BFSI client's Enterprise AWS Connect migration projects. The candidate will work on next-gen cloud contact center solutions by being a part of solution architecture discussions, leadership, and full-stack development. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in AWS Connect migrations (Cisco to AWS), API development and knowledge on modern front-end frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead / assist in AWS Connect migrations , from Cisco to AWS .
- Design, implement, and manage AWS Connect solutions integrated with AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
- Provide end-to-end solution ownership including configuration, call flows, and IVR logic.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable cloud contact center solutions .
- Support ongoing management, monitoring, and optimization of AWS Connect environments.
Required Skills :
AWS Connect Engineers (3–5+ years)
Hands-on experience with AWS Connect and AWS Lambda .Strong knowledge of IVR design, telephony, call routing, and cloud contact center operations .Experience in managing AWS environments (IAM, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).Proven migration experience – preferably Cisco to AWS Connect .Good to have : Full-stack experience (Java, Node.js, React / Angular) for integration and custom development.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have :
Exposure to cloud-native architectures (AWS ecosystem).Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes).Prior experience in BFSI large-scale enterprise environments.
