What You'll Do :
- Lead the internal creative team to deliver all offline and online briefs effectively
- Be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of all offline monthly category campaigns, new store launch assets, loyalty program initiatives, rebranding activities
- Design creatives for various digital platforms, including social media, website, in-store digital assets
- Ensure brand language consistency across assets - offline and online
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and Category teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
- Stay on top of current design trends, exploring fresh approaches in both motion and static design.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including new marketing initiatives, and brand communication.
- Prior entry-level copywriting experience / inclination to learn the same
What Were Looking For :
Strong expertise in static and motion graphics, with technical proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other relevant softwares).A portfolio showcasing both static (essential) and motion graphics (preferred) work.Interest in the grocery and food retail industry, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life through visual storytelling and copy.Collaborative spirit with strong leadership, communication and time-management skills.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field OR certification in the field of Graphic Design / UI Design / Communication DesignMust have 3-5 years of prior visual design experienceDemonstrated experience with detail-oriented human-centered design approachesDemonstrates strong visual design skillsGood to have : Basic knowledge of Figma to collaborate with product designers and developers, Skills in video editing and animationSkills Required
