Import Export Executive - Documentation (Apply in 3 Minutes)

Key Responsibility :

Preparing import / export documentation like Invoice, packing list, etc.

Approving checklists and co-ordinate with CHA on import and export clearances.

Preparing and maintaining advance licenses for duty free imports.

Negotiating quotations with freight forwarders.

Handling banking documentation related to international payments in foreign currency.

Co-ordinating with factory for pre shipment documents.

Co-ordinate with purchase team for pre import documents.

Sea vessel and airline tracking for monitoring of consignments.

Notes regarding this position :

Candidate will get exposure to international shipping norms INCOTERMS.

Candidate will get to interact with overseas suppliers

Candidates will get to learn and understand intricate details of international shipping.
