Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern

to support planning, execution, and delivery of battery R&D, manufacturing, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating internal projects across Engineering, Operations, and R&D.

Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports.

Organize meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.

Flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.

Basic knowledge of project management principles (Agile, Scrum).

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, or Jira.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Passion for battery tech, clean energy, or sustainability is a plus.

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of Gantt charts or scheduling tools.

Internship / academic experience in startups or engineering projects.

Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile).
