Internship Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and process optimization. Over the course of 6 months, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping drive high-impact projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects.

Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and status reports.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Track project progress using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).

Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Assist in risk identification, mitigation planning, and process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to resource planning and capacity management activities.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve project-related issues.

Research and suggest best practices for project delivery and workflow optimization.

Qualifications & Skillsets

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Project Management or digital marketing domain.

Key Skills :

Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Style : Proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented.
