Job description

Key Tasks :

  • Lead SAP transformation projects with global scope.
  • Shape solution strategies in alignment with client needs and market competition.
  • Drive business value in customer engagements and provide solution and delivery assurance.
  • Guide teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across geographies and drive improvement in solutioning, reusability, and automation.

Primary Skills :

  • SAP Solution and Delivery Experience (15-20 years) with functional background.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., logistics, financial processes, S / 4HANA).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) business processes and how they map into SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Global implementation experience (Template Design / Build, Global Rollout).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies for design and build.
  • Expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield projects (System Conversion).
  • Integration experience with both SAP and Non-SAP solutions.
  • Industry expertise in sectors like Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Oil & Gas.

    • Secondary Skills :

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and articulate in business language.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive SAP landscape and partner ecosystems.
  • SAP S / 4HANA Certification(s) in core areas preferred.
  • Experience in working in multi-location, distributed global delivery teams.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).
  • Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management.
  • Industry representation in forums / events.
