Investor Relations Specialist / Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations (IR) professional to serve as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community. This role involves managing communication with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, and building trust in the company's financial performance and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media.
• Prepare and deliver regular investor communications, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
• Organize investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows.
• Respond to investor inquiries regarding company strategy, performance, and financials.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure consistent and compliant disclosures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment.
• Provide feedback from the investment community to senior management.
• Support fundraising efforts, IPO preparations, or other capital market activities as required.
