Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Kannada-speaking Caller to manage outbound and inbound communication with beneficiaries, donors, and partners. You will be the voice of ImpactGuru for all Kannada-speaking customers and ensure they receive timely, empathetic, and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with beneficiaries and donors in Kannada for follow-ups, verification, and support.
- Explain fundraising processes, documentation requirements, and campaign details in a simple and clear manner.
- Handle inbound queries from Karnataka-based users and resolve concerns effectively.
- Assist patients and families with onboarding, campaign updates, and donation assistance.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions in CRM and follow internal processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Medical, Donor Support) for escalations.
- Achieve daily / weekly calling targets and maintain service quality.
- Build trust and maintain a compassionate tone with patients and families.
Requirements
Fluency in Kannada (native proficiency preferred).Good communication skills in English or Hindi.Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, NGO operations, or healthcare calling preferred.Strong listening skills and an empathetic mindset when dealing with patients.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).Ability to handle high-volume calling and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
0–3 years of calling / customer service experience.Experience in healthcare, crowdfunding, or social impact organizations is a plus.
