Job requirement :

• IATA or Diploma Degree in the travel field or equivalent Travel Diploma
• 1-2yrs of Interline experience.
• Knowledge of PRA (Sales, Proration, Uplift, Interline)
• Revenue accounting system knowledge preferred
• Previous experience of the travel business
• Maintaining the minimum performance measures metrics, AHT, Quality, etc
• Team players with a disposition to learn Adaptability and Responsibility
• Comfortable to work in rotational shift and weekly offs Overtime as and when required.
